Ísfell provides through our partner Selstad rings and elevated walkways from the Norwegian manufacturer Preplast, who have for several decades developed sea cages and hamster wheels for Nordic conditions. The rings can be tailored to the customers needs and specifications.
All the components have been tested and certified with respect to NS9415, and primarily consist of PE plastic. Their sturdy construction is adapted to the forces of nature, while at the same time the absence of steel in the sea cages reduces the lifespan costs.
The rings can be delivered with or without walkways, but walkways increase the safety for workers.
