Small fish grids for Demersal fish and shrimp trawls

Sort V, small fish sorting grid, is used to classify small fish from large ones. The sorting grids are made of stainless steel with bar thickness of 55 mm which is according to valid reglulations.

The rubber grid in soft sorter is normally used for small fish and is made of rubber and two grids instead of one. The advantage of rubber grid in soft sorter:
• Two sorting grids work better than one. This ensures that the fish which is swimming under can release itself
in an easier way. Larger fish gives more catch value and
better resource handling.
• Rubber grid in soft sorter weights ca. 5-6 kg. In sea weight the Sort-V grids are ca.: 40 kg in sea weight.
