Safety helmets approved by the Icelandic Transport Authority.
The safety helmets from ATLAS have been approved by the Icelandic Transport Authority. Their advantage over normal safety helmets is that they provide excellent protection to the head from side impacts, a very important feature as most head injuries at sea are from side impacts.
The ATLAS helmets have already proved their worth at sea and have prevented serious unjuries.
